Featuring, a social network service (SNS) data analysis company, announced on the 31st the launch of bulk sending functions for Instagram Direct Messages (DM) and emails.
Featuring automates the entire process from selecting influencer candidates, outreach, campaign proposals, contracts, to performance analysis, reducing resources by about 90% compared to before and increasing work efficiency. As a result, a total of 12,000 companies have been using it for influencer marketing campaigns.
The newly launched bulk sending function for DMs and emails allows messages to be sent to up to 200 people. Previously, email information exposed on influencer profiles was collected and group emails were sent via external platforms, but with this new feature, both emails and DMs can be sent in bulk within the Featuring solution.
Through this, Featuring users can greatly simplify tasks such as collecting influencer email accounts and managing lists, which were cumbersome before, and intuitively grasp everything from campaign proposals to sending status. Additionally, by setting name variables, personalized messages can be sent to each influencer, which is expected to increase the outreach rate.
To continuously improve user experience, Featuring added the X platform last year, enhanced detailed filters and easy save functions for influencer search and management features, and plans to release real-time chat with influencers and an advertising content analysis function that can improve the prediction accuracy of advertising performance by influencer within this year.
