Applications can be made through the Korea Real Estate Board's Subscription Home, and anyone aged 19 or older can apply without a subscription savings account. Only one application per person is allowed. All duplicate applications will be invalidated.
The location attracts great interest due to its excellent proximity to workplaces and residences and its status as a branded large complex. In particular, the 84㎡ type, preferred by families of 3 to 4 members, draws significant attention from actual demanders.
The government plans to announce a revision next month that will allow non-priority subscriptions only to non-homeowners and residents of the relevant area, making this possibly the last chance for homeowners.
A sales official said, "It is also attracting attention as an opportunity for residents outside Seoul to move into a branded urban complex," adding, "Interest from homeowners is increasing ahead of the system revision."
'Changgyeonggung Lotte Castle Signature' will be built on 296 Samseon-dong 2-ga, Seongbuk-gu, consisting of 19 buildings from 4 basement floors to 18 above-ground floors, totaling 1,223 units. Move-in is scheduled for April 2027.

원본보기 아이콘This is a rare large complex in the Seoul downtown area. It belongs to the Jongno living zone, offering excellent proximity to workplaces and residences. It is a triple station area within walking distance of Hansung University Station on Line 4, and Bomun Station on Lines 6 and the Ui-Sinseol Line. The residential environment is also pleasant with abundant green spaces such as Changgyeonggung, Jongmyo, Changdeokgung cultural heritage sites, Seongbukcheon Fountain Plaza, and Samseon Park. Nearby schools include Samseon Elementary, Hansung Girls' Middle School, Hansung Girls' High School, and Gyeongdong High School.
The design is also differentiated. It maximizes lighting and ventilation by mainly arranging south-facing units and applying cross-ventilation designs in some slab-type units. Space utilization is enhanced with features like dressing rooms, utility rooms, and powder rooms. Various community facilities will be provided, including a fitness club, indoor golf club, screen golf, study rooms, kids' room, book caf?, single-person reading rooms, and a guest house.
In the first-priority subscription, all types were sold out with a highest competition rate of 32.2 to 1. The exclusive 59㎡ A, B, and C types were all completely sold out.
