Hanwha Financial's Next Chairman Appointed as Ham Young-joo... Recommended as Reappointment Candidate

Ham Young-joo, Chairman of Hana Financial Group (69), has been nominated as the next chairman.

Hana Financial Group announced on the 27th that the Chairman Candidate Recommendation Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) held a meeting and recommended Chairman Ham as the sole candidate for the next chairman.

Chairman Ham has served as the chairman of Hana Financial Group for three years since March 2022, and with this Committee's decision, his reappointment is anticipated.

Chairman Ham's reappointment is expected to be finalized after the board meeting and the regular shareholders' meeting to be held in March.
