Severe Traffic Congestion Due to Accident Clearance
On the 27th, when it snowed, an 11-vehicle pileup occurred on the Yeongdong Expressway.
According to Wonju City and others, around 11:20 a.m. that day, near Wonju IC on the Yeongdong Expressway heading toward Gangneung in Gahyeon-dong, Wonju-si, Gangwon-do, a bus and a passenger car collided, causing an 11-vehicle pileup.

The police are investigating the exact circumstances, including whether the accident was caused by snowy road conditions.
