Jeon Han-gil, a Korean history instructor who raised suspicions of election fraud by the Central Election Management Committee (CEMC), revealed that he is from the 'Meeting to Love Roh Moo-hyun' (Nosamo), prompting a bewildered reaction from Hwang Hee-doo, a director of the People’s Life Foundation Roh Moo-hyun Foundation.
On the 26th, Director Hwang referred to Jeon's statement on his Facebook, saying, "So what? How does that connect to defending a rebellion and calling for leniency for those arrested for the riot at the Western District Court?"

The day before, Jeon attended the 'National Emergency Prayer Meeting' held by the Protestant group Save Korea near National Assembly Station in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, where he identified himself as a Nosamo member. He said, "I’m revealing this now, but I am from Nosamo. However, I also respect former President Syngman Rhee," adding, "If you say you respect former President Lee, you are called right-wing, and if you call him a dictator, you are labeled left-wing, dividing and attacking people. The 2030 generation must overcome the narrow generational views created by the older generation."
At the rally, Jeon argued that President Yoon Suk-yeol’s declaration of martial law was intended to rectify the CEMC’s election fraud. He said, "After about 50 days of the impeachment crisis, many unknown facts have come to light," and "Through the reasons and the before-and-after process of why the president declared martial law, I came to know the truth."
Regarding martial law, he claimed, "'I’d rather be arrested myself.' President Yoon chose to sacrifice himself," and "Only then did I truly understand who loves the Republic of Korea, who genuinely loves the people, and who is willing to sacrifice themselves."
Meanwhile, the Roh Moo-hyun Foundation announced legal measures as hateful remarks against former President Roh have increased. The foundation stated, "We are preparing for related fact-finding investigations and legal responses. We will announce the results soon," adding, "We inform you that we will strictly hold accountable and consider legal actions against defamation, hate speech, slander, and dissemination of false information about President Roh."
