On the 23rd, ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday, Kang Taeyoung, President of NH Nonghyup Bank, visited the Yongsan Customer Happiness Center in Seoul, the bank announced on the 26th. President Kang inspected the emergency response system and encouraged the staff.


He motivated the on-duty counselors and checked the call center operations and consultation system. He also urged thorough preparation and swift response to minimize customer inconvenience during the Lunar New Year holiday. The center will operate on a 24-hour emergency duty system throughout the holiday period.


President Kang stated, “The Customer Happiness Center is at the forefront of providing customer trust and stable financial services,” and requested, “Please do your best to ensure that customers do not experience any financial inconvenience during the Lunar New Year holiday.”
