The Special Investigation Headquarters for Emergency Martial Law (Head: Park Se-hyun, Chief Prosecutor of Seoul High Prosecutors' Office) is reportedly drafting the indictment in advance in case the request for detention extension is denied again on the 25th.

The prosecution's reapplication for detention extension will be reviewed by Choi Min-hye, the duty judge of Criminal Division 26 at the Seoul Central District Court, on the same day. As the detention period is about to expire, the court is expected to announce its decision on the extension within the day.

The prosecution believes that the likelihood of President Yoon's side cooperating with the investigation is low, and therefore, rather than immediately demanding his appearance at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office or conducting a visit investigation at Seoul Detention Center, they plan to wait for the outcome of the reapplication.

If the court denies the reapplication, the prosecution is highly likely to indict President Yoon by the 26th at the latest.
