[This Week's IPO] January Fifth Week Demand Forecast and Subscription Schedule

In the fifth week of this month (January), MotiveLink will conduct a demand forecast targeting institutional investors.

◆MotiveLink= MotiveLink is a company providing a one-stop total solution for building power conversion systems for eco-friendly vehicle electrification. Eco-friendly vehicles (HEV, PHEV, EV, FCEV) require in-vehicle power conversion systems such as ‘LDC’, ‘OBC’, and ‘Inverter’. MotiveLink offers core components used in these three systems?including ▲transformers ▲filters ▲inductors?from development to mass production all at once.

The total number of shares offered is 3,020,590, with a desired offering price band of 5,100 to 6,000 KRW, making the total offering amount approximately 15.1 billion KRW based on the lower limit. The demand forecast will be conducted from January 31 to February 6, followed by subscription on February 11?12, with plans to list on the KOSDAQ market. The lead underwriter is Mirae Asset Securities.
