On the morning of the 23rd, SK Hynix stated at a briefing held after announcing its fourth-quarter results for last year, "We have already begun discussions with some customers regarding the supply volume of high-bandwidth memory (HBM) for next year," and added, "We expect to visibly secure most of the production volume for next year by the first half of this year." They also said, "Considering that HBM is a business involving high investment costs and long turnaround times (TAT), we plan to maintain a long-term contract structure through customer consultations to proactively secure supply volumes and enhance the stability and visibility of the business."
