2025 Lunar New Year ‘Guro Hanmadang Market’ Opening

Participation from 37 local governments and 53 farms, selling local specialties and popular holiday products at affordable prices
On the 22nd, Guro-gu opened the 2025 Lunar New Year 'Guro Hanmadang Market' at the Guro-gu Office Plaza.
This Lunar New Year Hanmadang Market featured participation from 37 local governments and 53 farms, including 7 sister and friendship cities (Namwon-si, Dangjin-si, Gurye-gun, Goesan-gun, Yecheon-gun, Yeongwol-gun, and Danyang-gun).
At the site, visitors can purchase over 250 items, including Korean beef, dried yellow corvina, fruits, and local specialties, as well as popular holiday products at reasonable prices.
Additionally, a food market offering various dishes such as banquet noodles, fish cakes, pancakes, and pumpkin porridge is also operated.
A Guro-gu official stated, "We have prepared excellent local specialties at reasonable prices to reduce the cost burden on residents at the Hanmadang Market," and added, "We hope many people come to share the joy of the Lunar New Year holiday together."
Furthermore, the Hanmadang Market will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the 22nd and 23rd.
