Yongin City "Providing Housing Transaction Information at a Glance"

Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 21st that it will start the 'Yongin Special City Housing Trend Integrated View' service from this month to enable citizens to conveniently grasp information related to housing transactions within the city.

This service was introduced because related statistical information such as housing prices, transaction volumes, and unsold housing status is scattered across various sites including the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, making it inconvenient to collect and check only local information.

From this month, the city plans to compile the necessary information for citizens to easily understand housing-related trends in the city into a report format and post it once a month on the city’s website.

The Housing Trend Integrated View allows users to understand Yongin City's housing prices, transaction volumes, housing types, and transaction types by dividing the data into comprehensive city figures and figures for the three districts. It also provides graphs showing overall housing rent and lease prices, average apartment rent and lease prices, and sales volumes.

The Housing Trend Integrated View can be accessed by selecting Yongin City’s website → Information by Category → Urban → Housing/Architecture categories in sequence, then entering the Housing Trend Integrated View board at the bottom left.

A city official said, "By using the Integrated View, you can see Yongin’s housing-related information and changes at a glance," adding, "We will strive to provide more convenient housing administrative services."
