BNK Gyeongnam Bank Provides 75 Billion KRW Financial Support to Local Small Business Owners

BNK Gyeongnam Bank announced on the 21st that it has signed a 'Special Contribution Business Agreement' with the Gyeongnam Credit Guarantee Foundation and will make a special contribution of 5 billion KRW to support small business owners in the Gyeongnam region.

Based on this, the Gyeongnam Credit Guarantee Foundation will provide 75 billion KRW, which is 15 times the contribution amount, to local small business owners.

Gyeongnam Bank has annually signed business agreements and made special contributions with the Gyeongnam Credit Guarantee Foundation or the Ulsan Credit Guarantee Foundation to support local small and micro enterprises and small business owners financially.

Kim Tae-han, Vice President of the Corporate Customer Group at Gyeongnam Bank, said, “Due to various internal and external economic circumstances, the difficulties faced by local small business owners are increasing, so we hope that the funds supported through this special contribution will be of great help to them. BNK Gyeongnam Bank will continue to strive to fulfill its social responsibility as a representative financial institution of the region this year as well.”
