Incheon City announced on the 21st that it will allocate more than 90% of the 2025 Special Account Budget for the Sudogwon Landfill Site in the first half of the year to support livelihood recovery and economic revitalization.

Out of the total expenditure budget of 14.8 billion KRW for the Sudogwon Landfill Site Special Account, 14.1 billion KRW will be allocated in the first half, which corresponds to 95% of the total budget. This is an increase of 21.5 percentage points compared to the 74.1% allocation rate in the first half of last year.

The city expects that this concentrated budget allocation will accelerate environmental improvement and the expansion of resident convenience facilities around the Sudogwon Landfill Site, and help alleviate difficulties faced by related industries.
