Gu Ja-eun, Chairman of LS Group, attended the new employee induction ceremony held at LS Miraewon on the 20th and urged the new recruits to "become the driving force that transforms LS as the 'Gen Z' generation suited for the digital and artificial intelligence (AI) era."

According to LS Group on the 21st, Chairman Gu visited the new employees' induction ceremony as his first management activity after attending 'CES 2025' held in Las Vegas, USA, from the 7th to the 10th. He personally pinned company badges on the new employees.


In his welcoming speech, he said, "I believe the Gen Z generation is one that has grown up with digital technology and possesses outstanding strengths in acquiring information and communication. I hope you will not simply perform the tasks assigned to you but propose new ideas, boldly try them out, and passionately continue to advance toward our 'Vision 2030' and goals."


The newly hired LS Group public recruitment new employees completed training courses such as 'learning how to apply strengths diagnosis in the field' and 'carrying out a robot production project through open communication and creative collaboration' while touring major business sites including LS Cable & System in Gumi, LS MnM in Onsan, and LS Mtron in Jeonju for about three weeks.


Before the new employee induction ceremony, on the 16th, Chairman Gu met with seven newly promoted executives near LS Yongsan Tower and urged them, "Even after becoming executives, I hope you continue learning steadily and become leaders who guide the organization through deep analysis and excellent decision-making based on that." Additionally, he gifted the executives books such as 'The Immutable Laws' by economic columnist Morgan Housel and 'From Good to Great Leader' by management scholar Jim Collins.
