Porsche official dealer Seyoung Mobility is sponsoring Bang Shin-sil, the long-drive queen of the Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) Tour.
On the 20th, it announced that it will provide Bang Shin-sil with a Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid vehicle. Following last year's provision of the electric sports car Porsche Taycan, this marks the second consecutive year of sponsorship. The Porsche Taycan that Bang Shin-sil drove last year is expected to find a new owner at Seyoung Mobility’s ‘Porsche Certified Used Car Center Seongsu’.
Bang Shin-sil debuted on the KLPGA Tour in 2023 and ranked first in long drives for two consecutive years. She won two tournaments in 2023. Although she did not win any tournaments last year, she ranked 10th in the prize money rankings with three runner-up finishes. Bang Shin-sil expressed her aspirations, saying, "I am very pleased to continue my journey with Seyoung Mobility in 2025 as well," and added, "I will do my best to repay with even better results in the new year."
Seyoung Mobility is the official dealer of Porsche Korea. From November 2022 to September 2023, it operated the ‘Porsche Now Seongsu’ pop-up store. Since 2023, it has been responsible for Porsche sales and customer service in the Jamsil Songpa and Seongsu areas of Seoul. Seyoung Mobility supports next-generation sports and cultural artists. Next month, in line with Porsche’s electrification strategy, it will officially open the ‘Porsche Service Center Seongsu,’ equipped with advanced hardware and technology.
