"Same-Day Delivery Until Lunar New Year's Eve"... SSG.com Offers Up to 50% Discount on Holiday Products

SSG.com announced on the 20th that it will hold a 'Top Tier Brand Sale' focusing on convenient meal offerings for ancestral rites ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday.

The event, running until the 24th, offers up to 50% discounts or 'N+1' benefits on holiday convenience foods and ancestral rite ingredients such as pancake mix. Starting with CJ CheilJedang on the first day, the sale will feature one brand per day in the order of Pulmuone, Daesang, Maeil Dairies, and Shinsegae Food.

SSG.com organized this event considering the steady increase in demand for holiday convenience foods. In fact, from the 9th to the 15th of this month, sales of convenience foods on SSG.com increased by 122% compared to last year's Lunar New Year, with sales of Donggeurangttaeng and Tteokgalbi also rising by more than 60% each.

SSG.com will operate its SSG Delivery service normally except on the Lunar New Year day, the 29th. Customers who want to receive products before the holiday can place orders by 1:30 PM on the 28th to receive them by the evening of the same day. For dawn delivery products, orders placed by the night of the 27th can be received the next day.

Lee Myung-geun, head of grocery at SSG.com, said, "We hope customers can conveniently receive popular brand ancestral rite products at reasonable prices through SSG Delivery on their desired day."
