On the 19th, when President Yoon Seok-yeol was detained, a man who climbed over the wall of the Constitutional Court was caught by the police. The Constitutional Court went on emergency duty upon hearing that supporters of President Yoon, who had gathered at the Seoul Western District Court that day, were marching toward the Constitutional Court.

The Jongno Police Station in Seoul announced that around 3:30 p.m. that day, they arrested a man on the spot who had climbed over the wall of the Constitutional Court in Jongno-gu and entered the premises. The police plan to investigate why the man climbed over the wall and whether he is a supporter of President Yoon.

In the early morning of that day, supporters of President Yoon caused a disturbance by climbing over the wall of the Seoul Western District Court immediately after the detention of President Yoon. Some supporters gathered again in front of the Seoul Western District Court that day, clashed with the police, and were marching toward the Constitutional Court. Police unofficially estimated that about 1,500 people formed the procession.

In response, the Constitutional Court has gone on emergency duty. A Constitutional Court official stated, "Internal staff are preparing for emergency situations." It is also reported that the incident of supporters breaking into the Seoul Western District Court, where the detention warrant for President Yoon was issued early that morning, causing damage to the main gate and glass windows, was taken into consideration.
