Harim Holdings Subsidiary Harim Industry Borrows 70 Billion Won

Harim Holdings announced on the 17th that its subsidiary, Harim Industry, will borrow 70 billion KRW. This corresponds to 15.8% of the separate basis equity capital. As a result, the total short-term borrowings will increase from the previous 405.4 billion KRW to 475.4 billion KRW. The company explained that the purpose is to secure funds for facilities and operating expenses.
