Yuhan-Kimberly announced on the 14th that its women's product brand, Joheun Neukkim, and Korean Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) player Lim Hee-jeong have jointly donated 200,000 sanitary pads to support youth preparing for independence.

원본보기 아이콘Joheun Neukkim conducted its first joint donation with Lim Hee-jeong, who expressed her intention to donate sanitary pads for female adolescents in 2022, and this marks the fourth time. The total number of sanitary pads donated together so far amounts to 600,000 pads.
The 200,000 sanitary pads being donated this time will be delivered to youth preparing for independence in cooperation with Child Welfare Specialist Organization Green Umbrella.
It is known that approximately 2,000 youth aged 18 and over who are preparing for independence after leaving child welfare facilities or foster care exit protection annually.
A representative from Joheun Neukkim said, “We feel very honored to continuously raise social awareness about youth aging out of protection together with Lim Hee-jeong and to provide a small help,” adding, “We will always think about and strive to make menstruation a healthy experience for all women.”
