Miryang Mayor Ahn Byung-gu Holds Meeting to Communicate with Citizens

Mayor An Byeong-gu of Miryang-si, Gyeongnam, is continuing the '2025 Town, Township, and Neighborhood Visits for Dialogue with Residents,' visiting 16 towns, townships, and neighborhoods until the 22nd to create opportunities for direct empathy and communication with citizens.

This visit goes beyond simply delivering administrative plans; it is conducted in a way that forms a consensus on the direction of Miryang's development and listens to various opinions from many citizens through free conversations with residents. The suggestions received during the visits will be reviewed by the relevant departments and reflected in the administration.

The event proceeds in the order of explaining current administrative issues, reporting the results of handling suggestions for 2024, introducing local issues (suggestions) from the towns, townships, and neighborhoods, followed by dialogue with residents.

Mayor An Byeong-gu stated, "I hope this visit to the towns, townships, and neighborhoods will be a meaningful time to think together with citizens about the development direction of Miryang and to concretize it," adding, "Furthermore, I will prioritize communication with citizens and devote my utmost efforts to providing administrative services that citizens truly want."

Meanwhile, the visits to the towns, townships, and neighborhoods will be conducted over six days in the following order: on the 13th, Samrangjin-eup, Sangnam-myeon, Gagok-dong; on the 14th, Hanam-eup, Chodong-myeon; on the 16th, Muan-myeon, Cheongdo-myeon, Nae-i-dong; on the 17th, Bubuk-myeon, Sangdong-myeon, Danjang-myeon; on the 20th, Sannae-myeon, Sanoe-myeon, Gyodong; and on the 22nd, Sammun-dong, Naeil-dong.
