71 Free Online Courses Offered, Including Computer Skills, TOEIC, and Korean History

Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province is recruiting participants for the 'Employment Competency Enhancement Academy,' which helps young job seekers obtain certifications and prepare for employment, from the 16th to the 26th.

The 'Employment Competency Enhancement Academy' is a program that provides free online courses to help young people preparing for employment acquire various certifications or improve foreign language skills, thereby offering practical assistance for employment and reducing economic burdens.


Participants can choose from 71 courses in 7 fields, including computer skills, TOEIC·TOEIC Speaking·OPIc, Korean language, Korean history, second foreign languages (HSK·JLPT), employment education (NCS, self-introduction letters and interviews), and employment special lectures (offline), to be taken over 10 months from next month through November.


Only those who wish to participate will be given the opportunity to attend offline employment special lectures. The special lectures will be selected based on participants' preferences, such as strategies for job entry and job-specific lectures, with schedules and locations to be announced separately.


The application target is unemployed youth aged 18 to under 39 residing in Yongin. Those who wish to participate can apply online through the 'Jobaba Apply Integrated Application System.' For more details, contact the Youth Employment Team of the City’s Job Policy Division.
