Kyobo Securities announced on the 14th that it held the ‘2025 Starting Management Strategy Meeting’ for sustainable growth and innovation.
The meeting took place at the Bulls Hall of the Korea Financial Investment Association in Yeouido, with about 120 attendees including the CEO, executives, and department and branch managers.
At this management strategy meeting, the review of last year’s major achievements was followed by sharing this year’s management policies and goals, and discussing execution strategies.
In particular, to establish a foundation for sustainable growth, the company decided to focus on securing future growth engines by ▲ promoting change and innovation and improving business structure ▲ accelerating digital-based innovation ▲ advancing ESG management ▲ and strengthening synergy with affiliates.
Additionally, the meeting included a time to encourage the achievements and efforts of employees from last year, such as awarding outstanding departments and branches that contributed to the company’s qualitative growth and introducing new organizational leaders.
The attendees pledged to maximize profit generation by strengthening business competitiveness through change and innovation.
Lee Seok-gi, CEO of Kyobo Securities, said, "This year, with various variables inherent in the domestic and international economic environment, pivoting, or transition, is more important than ever," adding, "Let us achieve sustainable growth toward entering the ranks of major companies by accelerating change and innovation and providing customer-centric products and services."
Meanwhile, Kyobo Securities plans to focus on expanding its customer base and strengthening profitability by reorganizing its structure earlier this year, establishing the Asset Management Division and the FIS Headquarters. It also intends to enhance linked sales and efficiency by placing the DCM Headquarters and VC Business Team under the IB Division.
