Gwangju Buk-gu will hold a session to explain and communicate about this year's support projects for small business owners.
Buk-gu announced on the 14th that it will hold a comprehensive briefing session on support projects for small business owners at 2 p.m. on the 20th in the meeting room on the 3rd floor of Buk-gu Office.
This event has been prepared to introduce various support projects promoted by the district and related organizations to small business owners struggling under difficult circumstances, and to foster an atmosphere of mutual growth and revitalize the local economy.
The event will proceed in the order of introducing support projects and collecting opinions, with participation from seven organizations related to small business owners, including the Small Enterprise and Market Service, Korea Inclusive Finance Agency, and Gwangju Bank.
In addition, after each institution presents its support projects, the district will listen to the difficulties and opinions of 46 small business organizations, including the Small Business Association, Alley-type Shopping Districts, Traditional Market Industry Associations, and Specialized Shopping Districts, and plans to use the results to discover future support projects for small business owners.
The district plans to actively cooperate with related organizations to provide support measures for small business owners, including management stabilization, sustainable alley-type shopping district development, and special guarantee support, with a total budget of over 2.2 billion KRW across seven major projects.
District chief Moon In said, "We will do our best to discover support policies that are truly helpful to small business owners and to maintain a strong cooperation system with related organizations to revitalize local commercial districts."
