Following newly built complexes, the user base is rapidly increasing as it expands to existing complexes such as Mullae Hillstate and Banpo Acro River Park. The number of complexes using Homenic in existing buildings has reached 8 complexes, totaling 6,000 households.

Residents can use various services available in new complexes through the Homenic app. Through the Homeground menu, they can check maintenance fees, participate in surveys, and communicate with the residents' representative meetings. They can also adopt the advanced security system 'Homenic OnePass' and use functions such as IoT control, community facility reservations, and visitor vehicle registration via Homenic.

The Life Inside menu of Homenic supports residents in sharing their hobbies and interests through a communication board. Features such as Homenicus Club, Homenic Tools, and Apartment Care have also been applied.

Samsung C&T plans to actively propose the introduction of Homenic to upcoming bidding complexes such as Hannam 4 District in Yongsan-gu, Yeouido, and Apgujeong, where bids are currently underway, by strengthening Homenic’s functions in the future.

Kim Myung-seok, Vice President of Samsung C&T (Head of Housing Business Division), said, "Homenic focuses on enhancing the quality of life for residents beyond being a simple smart home platform. We will continue to strive to allow more residents to experience the convenience and value of Homenic."
