At around 5:50 a.m. on the 14th, a multi-vehicle collision involving 43 cars occurred on the Seoul-Munsan Expressway in Seongsadong, Deogyang-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi Province.

As a result of the accident, 13 people were injured, including one seriously injured, and were transported to nearby hospitals.


The fire department deployed 10 pieces of equipment and 25 personnel to manage the accident scene.


The police and fire authorities stated, "Multiple accidents occurred simultaneously in several locations," and added, "We are currently clearing the accident scene."
