On the 9th, at the Inter-Korean Relations Management Office in Jongno-gu, Seoul, the Financial Supervisory Service, Hana Center, Hankyoreh Middle and High School, Yeomyeong School, and the Institute for Unification Culture held a 'Multilateral Memorandum of Understanding to Strengthen the Financial Capabilities of North Korean Defectors.'
