Bespin Global, a company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) management services, announced on the 9th that its Korean subsidiary achieved a break-even point (BEP) based on earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) before stock compensation in 2024, successfully turning profitable.
The company evaluated that its strategic business structure innovation centered on AI cloud management services (MSP) and efforts to diversify revenue streams have led to tangible results.
After implementing a strategic organizational restructuring focused on the AI MSP business in July, Bespin Global has been strengthening customer-tailored services through the convergence of AI and cloud, focusing on improving business productivity and cost efficiency. In particular, the expansion of the large language model (LLM)-based AI agent platform, ‘HelpNow AI,’ is cited as a major achievement.
Building on the profitability turnaround of its Korean subsidiary, Bespin Global plans to actively promote AI services and solution businesses by industry this year as well.
Huh Yang-ho, CEO of the Korean subsidiary, said, “This profitability turnaround outlook is an encouraging result driven by the transition to AI MSP and customer-centric tailored services, marking an important turning point that proves Bespin Global’s growth potential and market leadership. We will continue to solidify our position as a next-generation digital transformation (DX) leading company centered on AI.”
Meanwhile, Bespin Global’s audit report, as in previous years, will consolidate the sales of Bespin Global’s Korean subsidiary and other relevant affiliates and is scheduled to be released after March this year.
