SK Securities analyzed on the 8th that newly listed companies centered on the KOSPI market are highly likely to lead the initial public offering (IPO) market sentiment early this year.

Na Seung-du, a researcher at SK Securities, explained, "The IPO market has been active since the beginning of the year," adding, "The number of companies conducting demand forecasting in January is the highest in the past five years."

He continued, "The consecutive listing attempts by large-scale companies, led by LG CNS, are also expected," and added, "Depending on the success of LG CNS, there could be some impact on the annual direction of the IPO market."

Furthermore, he emphasized, "It is reasonable to have expectations for a favorable IPO market," noting, "Other large-scale companies such as D&Solutions and Lotte Global Logistics passed the preliminary listing review in December last year."

Researcher Na analyzed, "The likelihood that newly listed companies centered on KOSPI will lead the IPO market sentiment early in the year has increased," and "Companies in leading stock market sectors, including TX Robotics, are about to appear in the IPO market." He expressed expectations that investor attention will be focused, but advised, "However, the proportion of distribution volume mainly by professional investors immediately after listing is a point to watch closely."
