Samsung SDS announced on the 9th that it is participating in 'CES 2025,' the world's largest electronics and IT exhibition, which opened on the 7th (local time) at the Las Vegas Convention Center in the United States, showcasing generative artificial intelligence (AI) services optimized for corporate tasks.
Samsung SDS has prepared an exclusive exhibition room where customers can experience generative AI services in real time and introduces the corporate collaboration solution 'Brity Copilot,' the generative AI platform 'FABRICS,' and the work automation solution 'Brity Automation.'
Brity Copilot is a service that applies generative AI technology to collaboration solutions most frequently used by employees in performing company tasks, such as email, messenger, and video conferencing. Since its launch in April last year, it has been used by more than 180,000 people across various industries including finance, manufacturing, and construction.
In particular, at CES 2025, Samsung SDS plans to unveil Brity Copilot’s 'Language Barrier-Free Meeting Service,' which is the world’s first to simultaneously recognize and support interpretation and translation in three or more languages within the same meeting. Brity Copilot provides real-time automatic translation services in the user’s preset language, even if participants speak different languages.
Currently, it recognizes speech in 10 languages including Korean, English, Chinese, German, French, and Spanish to provide real-time captioning services, and supports translation in a total of 15 languages including Russian, Hungarian, and Arabic, enabling meetings without language barriers.
Samsung SDS will also reveal the enhanced 'Personal Agent' feature of Brity Copilot. The Personal Agent is an AI work assistant service that autonomously handles tasks by utilizing internal knowledge information such as the user’s emails and document materials without separate commands.
Using the generative AI platform FABRICS, which securely connects various corporate data, knowledge assets, and internal work systems with large language models (LLM), Samsung SDS will demonstrate ways to dramatically improve work productivity.
FABRICS utilizes a 'multi-agent' function where agents communicate and propose solutions, investigating overseas market trends, analyzing past sales in internal systems, estimating achievable sales in target markets, and deriving promotion strategies. Using this platform, a draft report for launching a new product overseas can be completed within five minutes.
Notably, FABRICS encrypts and securely manages conversations and data histories generated during the use of generative AI, protecting internal confidentiality and usage records so that customers can use generative AI without concerns about information leakage. Currently, over 100,000 users from more than 70 domestic and international companies use FABRICS.
The demonstration of 'Brity Automation,' which links generative AI with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) that automates simple repetitive tasks performed by humans with software robots, also attracted attention. Brity Automation is a solution that automates corporate business processes on a single platform by utilizing various automation technologies.
Brity Automation holds a 60% market share in the domestic market, ranking first. It is used by over 310 companies and institutions in public sectors, finance, manufacturing, distribution, and bio industries. Additionally, it was the first and only domestic work automation solution to be listed in the Gartner Magic Quadrant report in 2020 and has been named for five consecutive years.
Lee Jun-hee, President of Samsung SDS, said, "We will support true hyper-automation innovation in customer businesses by utilizing Samsung SDS’s generative AI services showcased at CES 2025."
