Bespin Global Partners with DK Techin to Develop Next-Generation AI Voice Bot

Bespin Global, a company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) management services, announced on the 6th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with DK Techin, Kakao's IT solution development subsidiary, to strengthen AI-based contact center (AICC) technology and promote joint business.


Through this agreement, the two companies will collaborate to develop and supply AI contact center solutions based on large language models (LLM). They plan to develop next-generation voicebot solutions utilizing generative AI technology by linking Bespin Global's 'HelpNow AI' with DK Techin's 'Kakao i Connect Center.'


Bespin Global's HelpNow AI is an LLM-based AI agent platform that enables the direct development and operation of chatbots, callbots, voicebots, and AI assistants optimized for the characteristics of each field.


Huh Yang-ho, Bespin Global's Korea representative, stated, "We hope that this MOU with DK Techin, which has outstanding capabilities in voice recognition, synthesis, and natural language processing, will be an important opportunity to lead the growth of the AI contact center market."
