Hanssem announced on the 6th that CEO Kim Yujin conveyed in a New Year's message to all employees, "We will strengthen differentiated customer experiences to leap forward as a company loved by customers and a brand admired by many."
In the New Year's message, CEO Kim expressed gratitude to the employees who achieved a significant turnaround to profitability compared to the previous year through dedication and passion despite the challenging external environment. She also highly evaluated the rapid improvement of various indicators following the commitment to define working principles with the participation of all employees and to raise the organization's ethical standards.
She emphasized that to become a loved and admired brand, it is more important to enhance products and services that provide Hanssem's unique and original value rather than simply lowering prices.
Hanssem aims to further solidify its leading position in the desk and kitchen categories with enhanced functionality and convenience by launching new products this year, as well as elevating the level of furniture and interior design through the manualization of interior design and planning expertise.
Moreover, Hanssem plans to improve quality at all customer touchpoints, including marketing, sales, construction, and after-sales service, not just product development, to enhance customer experience and strengthen the brand's desirability. It is explained that by strengthening customer experience through Hanssem's differentiated products and services, the brand can take a step forward as a more admired brand by customers.
In addition, Hanssem will expand data-driven problem solving and open partnerships. The company has completed building a system that can monitor accurate data in a timely manner and plans to actively utilize it in decision-making processes. Furthermore, to meet customer needs and strengthen market competitiveness, Hanssem will actively seek collaboration opportunities with other companies in various areas such as channels, products, and marketing, aiming to seize opportunities in the ever-changing market and achieve continuous growth.
CEO Kim stated, "The year 2025 is expected to be more challenging than ever, but there are still many opportunities we have not yet attempted, so blaming external variables is not an option. I believe that if we unite and implement the strategies we have prepared one by one, we can create a more admired Hanssem."
Meanwhile, Hanssem held a town hall meeting on December 23 last year to share the new year's business plans across all departments with employees and foster communication. The town hall meeting was attended by executives and all employees both online and offline, sharing each department's annual results and solidifying strategies and resolutions for 2025. Following this, an open talk-style meeting with employees was held to listen to their questions and difficulties and provide direct answers.
