Fire at Namyangju Clothing Warehouse... Extinguished After Over 3 Hours

At around 9:05 PM on the 5th, a fire at a three-story clothing storage warehouse in Hwado-eup, Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi Province was extinguished after 3 hours and 40 minutes.

The fire completely burned down all four buildings of the clothing storage warehouse. Fortunately, there were no casualties.

Fire authorities, who responded after receiving a report stating "black smoke and flames are visible behind the container," issued a 'Level 1 Response' and extinguished the fire around 12:51 AM.

Namyangju City sent disaster safety text messages to residents at 9:42 PM as the smoke spread.

The fire authorities plan to investigate the cause and extent of the damage.
