Seosan City Cancels New Year's Sunrise Event Due to Muan Tragedy

Seosan City in South Chungcheong Province has completely canceled the sunrise event that was scheduled to be held at the Buchunsan Observatory area at 7 a.m. on January 1 next year.


This decision to cancel was made in consideration of the nationwide atmosphere of mourning following the passenger plane accident at Muan International Airport in South Jeolla Province on the 29th.


The city has also canceled all sunrise events that were to be held simultaneously in the town and township areas on the same day.
