Lotte Construction Wins 313.5 Billion KRW Contract for Yongsan Sanho Apartment Reconstruction

Lotte Construction announced on the 30th that it has won the contract for the reconstruction of Sanho Apartment in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, worth 313.5 billion KRW.

The Sanho Apartment reconstruction project involves building seven buildings with 647 households (including 73 rental units) and ancillary welfare facilities on the site at 118-16, Wonhyo-ro 4-ga, Yongsan-gu, consisting of three basement floors to 35 above-ground floors.

The complex is located along the Han River, offering excellent views, and is close to Wonhyo Bridge, Mapo Bridge, and Gangbyeonbuk-ro, making it easy to access downtown Seoul. The educational environment is well established with nearby schools such as Wonhyo Elementary School and Seongsim Girls' Middle and High Schools, and there is also the development benefit of the nearby Yongsan International Business District.

Lotte Construction proposed a specialized design based on the existing project implementation approval design plan, constructing four buildings up to 48 floors high, and ensuring that all units in the complex adjacent to the Han River have views of the river. A sky lounge and panoramic elevators will also be introduced. The complex name was suggested as 'Yongsan Le El.'

A Lotte Construction official said, "We proposed a specialized design with '100% Han River view,' which was the wish of the union members, along with various business conditions suitable for the characteristics of the complex. To quickly complete Yongsan Le El as a landmark representing the Han River beyond Yongsan, we will spare no effort in applying Lotte Construction's technology and know-how."

Meanwhile, including this contract, Lotte Construction recorded a total order amount of 1.9571 trillion KRW in the urban maintenance business sector this year.
