Chosun University (President Kim Choonseong) announced on the 27th that it has signed a 'Family Company RELAY Agreement' with HY Communication Co., Ltd. to support a stable study abroad experience for international students.

This Family Company RELAY Agreement was established to provide a stable environment and settlement conditions for Chosun University's international students, and to contribute to the development of the local community by supporting the growth of tailored talent for companies and local governments in the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions.

The main contents of the agreement include: ▲ Development of company-tailored job competency development programs for international students ▲ Support for activities of industry professionals within the region ▲ Support and cooperation in employment and entrepreneurship for international students ▲ Establishment of a family company system for Chosun University's international students. Currently, one international student from Chosun University is working part-time as a telecommunications consultant at HY Communication.

Han Yongshik, CEO, said, "As the inflow of foreigners to Gwangju City increases, the demand for telecommunications-related consulting is also rising, and satisfaction is higher when compatriots of the same nationality provide the service. Chosun University's international students are talented individuals with verified qualifications and are performing excellently as telecommunications consultants."

Kim Choonseong, President, stated, "Thank you for responding to Chosun University's request to establish a family company. Chosun University will continue to nurture outstanding talent needed by the region so that the local community can continue to develop."
