O'K Meat Launches 3 Limited-Edition Beef Products with Spicy Buldak Sauce

Imported meat distribution company OK Meat announced on the 26th that it will collaborate with E-Mart to release three limited-edition beef products enhanced with spicy Buldak sauce on the 27th.

The three beef products featuring Buldak sauce include beef chuck flap tail, short ribs, and brisket. The set comes with two Buldak stick sauces, and considering the texture and aroma of the beef, carbonara sauce is added to the chuck flap tail, while mayo dipping sauce is included with the brisket (Wagyu chop steak).

In particular, to develop a spicy sauce that pairs well with beef for this new product launch, OK Meat held dozens of internal tastings to capture the taste preferences of consumers seeking spicy flavors.

An OK Meat representative stated, "The three beef products enhanced with spicy Buldak sauce were developed to captivate the taste buds of the MZ generation looking for new flavors and spiciness," adding, "We will continue to strive to introduce various products that satisfy consumer needs by delivering both taste and quality."

The Buldak sauce-infused ▲Chuck Steak ▲Grilled Short Ribs ▲Wagyu Chop Steak will be available at E-Mart stores nationwide starting from the 27th.
