Popular Restaurants with Lines 'Namyeongdon & Haeundae Amso Galbi' Set Available at Emart

Emart recently announced on the 25th that it has prepared Lunar New Year gift sets in collaboration with famous restaurants, reflecting customers' growing interest in gourmet food and dining.

First, Emart launched the "Namyeongdon Premium Korean Pork Set" (refrigerated) in collaboration with "Namyeongdon," a popular pork specialty restaurant known for long lines located in Namyeong-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, priced at 69,800 KRW. The set consists of 400g each of pork belly and neck meat, and 300g each of pork jowl and sirloin cap, which are popular cuts at Namyeongdon.

Emart’s pork buyer Woo Dae-yoon and Namyeongdon CEO Jeong Jae-beom worked together throughout the entire development process of the set, from selecting excellent pork farms to establishing quality standards and conducting tasting sessions. The company explained that this collaboration resulted in a set of meat with the same quality as the meat sold at the Namyeongdon restaurant. Additionally, guidance materials including a "meat grilling manual" and "storage instructions" are provided to help customers enjoy the meat even more deliciously.

Emart also offers gift sets in collaboration with "Haeundae Amso Galbi," a famous Korean beef restaurant in Busan, and "Deokin-gwan," which has been selling grilled short rib patties (tteokgalbi) in Damyang, Jeollanam-do since 1963. The Haeundae Amso Galbi Korean Beef Set is offered at a 20% discount when paid with a promotional card, priced at 286,400 KRW. The set is prepared in the form of "Pogalbi Gui" (grilled short ribs) sold at the restaurant (two packs of 800g each of grade 1 or higher Korean beef, totaling 1.6 kg), and includes galbi marinade sauce and potato noodles, faithfully reproducing the local flavor.

The "Deokin-gwan Tteokgalbi Set" (120g x 16 pieces, total 1.92 kg) is sold at a 20% discount with promotional card payment, priced at 47,840 KRW. In addition, Emart has been offering the "Chosun Hotel Meat Set" in collaboration with Chosun Hotel since Chuseok 2022. Sales of the Chosun Hotel Meat Set have increased every holiday since its launch, with sales during this year’s Chuseok holiday tripling compared to Chuseok 2022. For next year’s Lunar New Year, the quantity of the Chosun Hotel meat set has been increased by about 20% compared to the previous holiday.
