[Photo] Animal Rights Group CARE Holds Rally Condemning Torture and Killing of Cats in China

Members of the animal rights organization CARE held a rally on the 24th in front of the Myeongdong Central Post Office in Seoul, near the Chinese Embassy, condemning the atrocities of a Chinese group torturing and killing cats. They called for the punishment of the Chinese cat-torturing group and the enactment of animal protection laws.
