Wise AI Receives Commendation from Minister of SMEs and Startups... "Will Leap Forward as a Global AI Company"

K-OTC listed artificial intelligence (AI) platform specialist Wise AI announced on the 19th that it received the Minister of SMEs and Startups Commendation for Venture Startup Promotion at the ‘2024 Gyeonggi Venture Startup Awards’ hosted by the Gyeonggi Regional Small and Medium Venture Business Administration.

The 2024 Gyeonggi Venture Startup Awards is an event that selects and honors individuals and companies who have contributed to economic growth and the development of related industries through the activation of ventures and startups, as well as industry-academia-research cooperation. The Venture Startup Promotion Commendation is an award given by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups to companies that have made significant contributions to job creation and industrial development as key players in innovative growth.

The recipients are finally selected through a rigorous process and evaluation criteria including document and on-site comprehensive assessments, merit reviews, public verification, and recommendations from the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the government.

Meanwhile, Wise AI has signed an underwriting agreement with Korea Investment & Securities and is preparing for a KOSDAQ listing through a technology special listing. Since the second half of this year, it has been recording rapid sales growth centered on the cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) AI customer management platform ‘AiU’ and the dental hospital and clinic specialized solution ‘DentOn.’

AiU recently expanded its adoption scope from dentistry to plastic surgery through a major function upgrade and customer diversification strategy. According to the company, the number of plastic surgery clinics adopting AiU is rapidly increasing, and since the full-scale expansion of adoption began in October, it has shown an average monthly contract growth rate of 40%, riding a rapid growth trend.

Wise AI’s AI solutions have a major strength in automating repetitive customer relationship management (CRM) tasks such as encouraging repeat visits and appointment reception for existing customers, thereby improving operational efficiency and contributing to increased sales for hospitals and clinics. The adoption process is also simplified, enabling setup within a week.

The 24/7 automatic customer response function using AI is evaluated as the core competitiveness of Wise AI’s solutions. AI handles repetitive tasks such as procedure and examination reminders and promotion advertising through inbound and outbound calls and chatbots, and supports multilingual functions to accommodate foreign customers.
