Coway Ranks No.1 in Water Purifiers and Beds in 'Customer Recommended Companies'

Water Purifier Tops for 8 Consecutive Years, Bed Maintains No.1 for 4 Consecutive Years
Coway announced on the 19th that it ranked first in the water purifier and bed categories in the ‘2024 Most Recommended Companies by Customers (KNPS)’ published by the Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC).
KNPS selects outstanding companies in each category by surveying about 11,000 consumers nationwide on their willingness to recommend the products and services of companies they have experienced to others. Coway has maintained the number one position in the water purifier category for eight consecutive years since 2017 and in the bed category for four consecutive years.
In this survey conducted among five major domestic water purifier companies, Coway achieved the highest consumer recommendation score. The reasons for recommending Coway water purifiers included the taste of purified water, the excellence of water quality, and ease of maintenance. This recognition reflects the improvement in customer satisfaction through Coway’s filter technology and expertise in care services.
In the bed category, Coway also achieved the highest recommendation score ever recorded in the consumer survey, securing first place. The reasons for recommendation were mattress comfort, mattress functionality, and spring durability.
