Carry established Willings through a physical division method for the renewable energy sector. Willings, the surviving company after the division, will focus on the renewable energy business and carry out solar power generation system and maintenance operations. Carry plans to concentrate on the power solution business and operate the induction heating inverter business for electric pressure rice cookers as its main business.
Carry maintains a close relationship with Euro Alliance. Last November, Carry discussed the second supply volume for domestic supply with Rakshit METHTA, chairman of Euro Alliance, who visited Korea.
In addition, to stably supply more than 1,000 tons of copper monthly domestically, efforts are underway to secure raw copper materials not only from Tanzania but also from Congo and Zambia.
A Carry official stated, “This physical division is a strategic decision to enhance the efficiency of existing businesses and maximize growth in the renewable energy sector,” adding, “We expect each business to achieve greater results through independent operations.”
