Kim Sunghoon, Director of Mokpo Ye Dental Clinic, Donates 10 Million Won in Scholarships

On the 19th, Dr. Kim Sunghoon of Mokpo Ye Dental Clinic donated 10 million won in scholarships to neighbors in need within the Mokpo area. Provided by Jeonnam Community Chest of Korea

The Jeonnam Community Chest of Korea (Chairman Noh Dongil, hereinafter referred to as Jeonnam Sarangui Yeolmae) announced on the 19th that Kim Sunghoon, director of Mokpo Ye Dental Clinic and the second Honor Society member in Mokpo, has provided scholarships totaling 10 million KRW to support neighbors in need within the region.

This donation was made to inspire dreams and hope by providing academic support to students facing financial difficulties. The scholarship award ceremony was attended by Kim Donggeuk, Secretary General of Jeonnam Sarangui Yeolmae, Director Kim Sunghoon, scholarship recipients, and staff members.

Director Kim joined the Jeonnam Sarangui Yeolmae Honor Society in July 2014 as the second member in Mokpo and the thirteenth in Jeonnam, and has consistently continued his activities to support neighbors in need. He has donated a total of 142.1 million KRW, sharing hope with the local community.

Once again, Director Kim donated 10 million KRW as a Hope Scholarship for neighbors in need in the region, and the donated funds were delivered to 10 students in Mokpo who are in need, helping them focus on their studies.

Director Kim stated, "I am pleased to be able to provide even a small help for neighbors in need and future generations in the community," and added, "I will continue to grow with the local community and practice sharing on an ongoing basis."
