On the 16th, the Constitutional Court designated Justices Lee Mi-seon and Jeong Hyeong-sik as life justices responsible for overseeing evidence investigation through a judges' meeting.
On the same day, the Constitutional Court completed the assignment of the presiding judge for this case through a computerized lottery but decided not to disclose it publicly.
