The prosecution investigating the '12·3 Emergency Martial Law Incident' notified President Yoon Seok-yeol to appear on the 15th, but he did not respond. The prosecution's investigation is clearly targeting President Yoon.
The Prosecution's Special Investigation Headquarters for Emergency Martial Law (Head: Park Se-hyun, Chief Prosecutor of Seoul High Prosecutors' Office) announced that they notified President Yoon on the 11th to appear at '10 a.m. on the 15th,' but he did not comply on that day.
The prosecution plans to issue a second summons to President Yoon.
