The city, together with the Ministry of Health and Welfare, plans to provide a subsidy of 40,000 KRW per hour for operating public late-night pharmacies, with a total project budget of 1.13 billion KRW. Public late-night pharmacies sell medicines and provide medication guidance during the vulnerable medical service hours from 10 PM to 1 AM the next day, for a total of 3 hours.

To make it easier for citizens to access information about public late-night pharmacies, the city posts details on its official website, the 120 Michuhol Call Center, and the health center websites of the districts and counties. Additionally, for elderly people who have difficulty using digital devices, the city plans to place informational notices in public facilities.

An official from Incheon City stated, "We will strive to eliminate blind spots in public late-night pharmacies so that medicines can be easily purchased even during late-night hours."
