LetsRun Park Busan Gyeongnam Holds Fitness Champion Contest for Employees

Korea Racing Authority Let's Run Park Busan-Gyeongnam (Head Eom Young-seok) held a Fitness King Selection Contest for employees on the 5th at the main building auditorium in collaboration with the Saha-gu Fitness Certification Center to promote preventive health management for its staff.

In this competition, participants' overall physical fitness excellence was evaluated by measuring △body composition △muscle strength △muscular endurance △cardiopulmonary endurance △flexibility △agility △explosive power △coordination. Fierce competition for the Fitness King title resulted in gifts being presented to a total of 31 Fitness King participants, including 2 first-grade and 3 second-grade winners.

Eom Young-seok, Head of Korea Racing Authority, said, "Employees must be healthy and happy for both individual and organizational growth," adding, "We will continue efforts to create a work environment where people want to work."

The National Fitness 100 Saha-gu Fitness Certification Center is leading efforts to promote community health and foster a healthy lifestyle culture by not only hosting the Fitness King Selection Contest but also operating fitness assessments, exercise prescriptions, and fitness improvement classes.
