GH, Certified as an 'Excellent Fair Recruitment Institution' for 2 Consecutive Years

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) received the ‘Fair Recruitment Excellence Certification’ for the second consecutive year from the Korea Management Registrar (KMR) on the 12th.


The Fair Recruitment Certification system grants certification to public institutions and companies that operate fair recruitment processes focused on job competency, excluding biased factors such as gender, age, and educational background during recruitment.


The evaluation covers the entire recruitment process from job announcements, document screening, written tests, interviews, to the announcement of successful candidates. It also reviews new hires’ satisfaction, retention rates over the past three years, and any detection of recruitment irregularities.

GH assessed that obtaining the fair recruitment certification for two consecutive years objectively recognizes GH’s recruitment system, fairness, and job competency-centered recruitment policy.


Kim Se-yong, President of GH, emphasized, "As a public institution, we will firmly establish a fair recruitment system based on job competency to create an environment where talented individuals can apply."
