Rail Union and Korail Reach Dramatic 'Agreement' in Negotiations... "Normal Operation from the 12th" 원본보기 아이콘

The National Railway Workers' Union and Korea Railroad Corporation (KORAIL) reached a tentative agreement on wages and collective bargaining around 3:30 PM on the 11th.


The agreement was made after two days of relay negotiations. It has been seven days since the railway union began an indefinite general strike on the 5th. The strike participants will return to their work sites starting from 7 PM that day.


All trains are expected to operate normally from the first train on the 12th.
