GS Construction Achieves Highest 'Win-Win Growth' Rating for 4 Consecutive Years... Selected as Top Company

GS Construction announced on the 11th that it received the highest grade at the '2024 Win-Win Growth Awards' hosted by the Win-Win Growth Committee, being selected as the Best Honorary Company for four consecutive years.

The Win-Win Growth Index is published annually by combining the comprehensive evaluation conducted by the Win-Win Growth Committee and the Fair Trade Commission's evaluation of fair trade agreement compliance, divided into five grades (Excellent, Good, Fair, Average, Poor).

GS Construction explained that it received high evaluations for its efforts to establish fair trade order, provide financial support to partner companies, and strengthen horizontal communication through the 'Great Partnership Package' for mutual growth with its partners.

A representative win-win growth activity is the 'Grand Partners Fiesta.' Held since 2004, this event is attended by representatives of each partner company and GS Construction executives, including top management, to award outstanding partners and share GS Construction’s management status. To support safe site management for partners, GS Construction operates a 'Safety Officer Placement Support' system targeting high-risk construction types, providing labor cost support. It also established the Safety Innovation School, the first in the domestic construction industry to acquire certification from the International Organization for Standardization. Additionally, to support stable management activities of partner companies, GS Construction has created a management support fund of approximately 15 billion KRW annually and a win-win fund of about 30 billion KRW, operating financial support systems such as loan interest subsidies.
