Star O Ciel Sales Facility 'Star O Ciel Avenue II' to Launch Sales in December

In the 1-block urban development project of Yonghyeon and Hakik in Michuhol-gu, Incheon, within ‘City O ciel’, the central commercial facility ‘Star O ciel Avenue II’ is being introduced.

HDC Hyundai Development Company, Hyundai Engineering & Construction, and POSCO E&C plan to launch the sales of ‘Star O ciel Avenue II’, a sales facility within City O ciel Complex 4, located in City O ciel Business Block 2, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, this December. Star O ciel Avenue II consists of a total of 130 units (64 units on basement level 1 and 66 units on ground level 1) with a total floor area of 16,193㎡.

Star O ciel Avenue II is a sales facility presented within Star O ciel. Star O ciel is one of the five zones developed within City O ciel (Live O ciel, Park O ciel, Star O ciel, Cube O ciel, Link O ciel), where commercial, cultural, and mixed-use office facilities will be established.

Star O ciel Avenue II is the only commercial area connecting Hakik Station (planned) on the Suin-Bundang Line and Incheon Museum Park (planned). It is located in the immediate vicinity of Hakik Station on the Suin-Bundang Line and faces Incheon Museum Park, allowing it to attract not only subway users but also visitors and passersby.

In particular, Incheon Museum Park, which will be developed right in front of Star O ciel Avenue II, will consist of a municipal art museum, municipal museum, arts park cultural site, content village, and content plaza, covering a total floor area of approximately 41,812㎡. The total project cost is about 201.4 billion KRW, with an opening planned for 2028.

Additionally, it can exclusively secure a fixed demand from about 1,800 households in City O ciel Complex 4 and Complex 5, and also secure a hinterland demand from approximately 13,000 households in City O ciel, which is being developed as a mini new town.

With the proximity of the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway, as well as the metropolitan road network including the 2nd Capital Area Circular Expressway (between Incheon and Gimpo), Incheon Bridge, Incheon-daero, and the 3rd Gyeongin Expressway, accessibility by car is excellent. Notably, Songdo Station on the Suin-Bundang Line, just one stop from Hakik Station, is expected to open with the Incheon KTX and Wolgot-Pangyo Line (Wolpan Line).

The Star O ciel Avenue II sales promotion center is located near the maintenance complex intersection on Aam-daero, Michuhol-gu, Incheon. Completion is scheduled for January 2025.
